Booking for clubs at Woodingdean Primary
Follow our easy process to register your child for hassle free online booking. Once completed, you can make ad hoc bookings or book for the whole term or year.

Breakfast Club
Children arrive from 7.45am and are greeted with a healthy breakfast, with options such as fruit, toast, pancakes and cereal. After eating, they can choose to relax, chat with friends, or get involved in a range of activities.
We also support healthy morning routines, so please send your child with a labelled toothbrush in a small freezer bag that can stay with us. When your child attends Breakfast Club, we’ll gently encourage them to brush their teeth after breakfast.
The children then head to their classrooms ready for a positive start to the school day.
After School Club
After School Club is a chance for children to relax and unwind after their school day. Children can choose how they spend their afternoon, whether that’s getting outside and active, being creative, playing games, building and making, or simply relaxing and spending time with friends.
Our team is there to support and encourage children while giving them the freedom to enjoy their afternoon in their own way.
Children are provided with a snack. Please note that this is an after school snack sufficient to keep them going until their evening meal. If you prefer to send in a particular or additional snack, please let us know so we can make sure it is eaten.
Holiday Club
Our Woodingdean Holiday Club is a relaxed, inclusive place where children have plenty of choice in how they spend their day. Some children love getting outside for sports, games and active play, while others prefer arts and crafts, creating, building, exploring or simply spending time with friends.
We believe school holidays should feel like holidays. Children are encouraged to choose the activities that interest them, with our friendly team there to support, encourage and get involved.
We make the most of the fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces at Woodingdean, giving children lots of opportunities for fresh air, movement, creativity and fun. Every child is welcomed and supported to feel part of the V.I.M family.

Holiday Club has funded places available to children in receipt of benefits related free school meals under the HAF scheme during qualifying school holidays. Please visit our ‘Support for Parents’ tab for more information about help available.
