VIM Camps: Enrolmy Booking System
VIM Camps has switched to a new and improved booking system, Enrolmy, which is designed to be more user-friendly and efficient for parents and caregivers. We’re here to guide you through this change and ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
Set up your account
We encourage you to set up your new Enrolmy account as soon as possible so you can familiarise yourself with the system and get started on future bookings.
Already Have Bookings for Next Term?
No need to worry! We’ll transfer your existing bookings to Enrolmy once you’ve created your new account. Please set up your account as soon as possible to ensure we can process your transfer smoothly.
If you have an existing payment arrangement, we’ll contact you to help set this back up so everything continues as normal.
Account Credit or Overdue Balances?
- Any account credit you have will be transferred to Enrolmy.
- If you have an overdue balance, please clear it or contact us to agree on a payment plan before setting up your new account.
How to book using Enrolmy for the first time
Visit the Booking System [HERE]
- Select a Programme
- Click the “BOOK NOW” button for the programme you want your child to attend.
- See session details
- This will take you to the booking page, where you can find detailed information about the activity and select the days and times you’d like to book.
- Add Your Children
- Create your Enrolmy account and add your children’s details. This is a one-time process, and once completed, your children’s information will automatically appear for future bookings. You can add additional children anytime.
- Complete the Safety Form
- Complete the safety form for each child. This ensures we have the most up-to-date information to keep your children safe while in our care. You only need to do this once but remember to update it if anything changes. Please note: Children may not be able to attend if we don’t have their safety information.
- Confirm and Pay
- Choose your preferred payment method. Once payment is complete, you’ll receive a booking confirmation and your child’s place will be secured.
- Future Bookings
- Next time, booking is even easier! Simply log into your account, choose the programme and dates, select your child, and you’re all set.
