After School Club is the children’s time to relax, play and unwind after their school day. We want children to feel at home at V.I.M, with the freedom to choose how they spend their afternoon.

They might head outside for games and active play, get creative, build and make, join in with a challenge or simply relax and spend time with their friends. There is always plenty to choose from, but children don’t have to follow a timetable of activities.

Our friendly team is there to support, encourage and join in with the fun, helping every child to feel happy, confident and included.

Children are provided with a snack. Please note that this is an after school snack sufficient to keep them going until their evening meal. If you prefer to send in a particular or additional snack, please let us know so we can make sure it is eaten.

Children arrive from 7.30am and are greeted with a healthy breakfast, with options such as fruit, toast, pancakes and cereal. After eating, they can choose to relax, chat with friends, or get involved in a range of activities.

We also support healthy morning routines, so please send your child with a labelled toothbrush in a small freezer bag that can stay with us. When your child attends Breakfast Club, we’ll gently encourage them to brush their teeth after breakfast.

At the start of school children head to their classrooms ready for a positive start to the day.
